NetPet Editorial Positions

The goal of NetPet is to use the format of an an electronic 'Zine + Encyclopedia to increase the level of accurate, easily available information about pet related aspects of biology.

Obviously we are a for-profit enterprise (or at least we aim to be self sustaining)

NetPet will always be 'shareware' we are not going to restrict access to our articles to paid subscribers, but if the articles are useful to you consider paying a 'shareware subscription fee'. If everyone who visited us and made use of the site paid us what it costs to subscribe to 'Dog World' or similar magazines we would be happy.

NetPet magazine will strive to maintain an editorial policy independent of the commercial interests of its sponsors. This may sometimes be difficult but we aim for this goal. My past personal history of getting myself separated from institutions with which I disagreed argues in favor of our success on this matter

Unless other wise stated the copyright on NetPet articles and illustrations remains with the authors and artists. All uncredited original materials on NetPet are copyright Bonnie Dalzell.
